Expedition and Adventure in the Andes 2This is an ideal tour for those who enjoy combining the excitement of
knowing new and astounding landscapes between the Andes and the Patagonia,
the adrenalin of challenge and adventure. A proposal that alternates offroad,
rafting, cavalcade, trekking, camping, and hotels. ProgramDay One. Reception at the El SosneadoReception at the "El Sosneado" inn at 5:00 pm. Free afternoon. Group introduction at welcome dinner. Day Two. El Sosneado - Overo volcanoWe enter the Andes next to the Atuel river and we have as our final destination
the Overo volcano, opposite Chile. We will pass by the "El Sosneado"
lagoon and the ruins and therms of the hotel. Lunch. Passed noon we will
ride horses that will take us to the volcano, where our first camping
will take place. Dinner. Day Three. Overo volcano- El SosneadoTrekking to the births of the Atuel river. Then, we return to El Sosneado where boats will achieve our descense (rafting, optional) by the waters of the Atuel Superior river. Return to the El Sosneado inn. Lodging. Day Four. El Sosneado - Tromen volcanoEarly in the morning we will begin our journey to Malargüe, point
of departure of our expediction to La Payunia, a gigantic volcanic desert
located in the center of the province of Mendoza. Day Five. Volcano Tromen - Termas del Domuyo - Lagoons of EpulafquenIn the morning we will pass by Chos Malal and from there surrounding the Mountains of the Wind we will part to Andacollo, Las Ovejas and the Therms of Domuyo visiting its little geisers. In the afternoon we will retake our path to the Lagoons of Epulafquen, a place of great beauty hidden by the Andes where we will find the first Andinian Argentinian forest. Camping and dinner. Day Six. Lagoons of Epulafquen - River Agrio, CaviahueThe morning will be the ideal moment to do a mini trekking by the landscape of Epulafquen. After lunch we will continue our journey passing by little mountain villages, El Cholar, El Huecu among others, fininshing the day with the arrival at the Refuge del Agrio, lodging and dinner. Day Seven. River Agrio, Copahue and CaviahueThis is the last day of our program and to say goodbye we will prepare a visit to the Cascade of Agrio (rapel, optional) with its gigantic basalt walls. Then we will follow by Copahue and Caviahue with its cascades, lagoons and volcano. The farewell dinner will take place in the Refuge del Agrio where we will lodge that night. Day Eight.
